You can update your password at any time, simply reset it if you've forgotten your password, or use a magic link to log in without needing a password at all.
Updating your password
You can easily update your password after logging to your account at babbel.com. To change it:
- Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and select Profile and settings.
- Choose the Manage Access tab on the left side.
- Select Change Password
- Enter your new and old password and save it by clicking Confirm my changes
Resetting your password
If you have forgotten your password, go to babbel.com or open the Babbel app and:
- Click on Log In and choose the email option
- Fill in your email address and click Continue
- Select Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address and select Reset password
We will then send an email to your address with a link to reset your password. If you haven't received your email, make sure that you have entered the correct email address or check your spam folder.
Logging in without a password
We can also send you a magic link to log in via email. Once you click on it, you'll be automatically logged into your account without needing to remember your password.
To receive a magic link, go to babbel.com or open the Babbel app and:
- Click on Log In and choose the email option
- Fill in your email address and click Continue
- Select Log in with magic link
We will then send an email to your address with a link to log in. This link will be valid for 15 minutes and will log you straight into your Babbel account on the device you are using.
