Babbel emails can include product updates, learning tips, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by updating your email preferences in your Babbel account.
Manage preferences in your Babbel account
In your Email & Notifications settings, you can decide which types of messages you’d like to receive (for example, Babbel News & Language Content, Marketing & Promotions, or Progress Tracking & Guidance) and whether you want to get them via Email and/or Push notifications.
To update your preferences, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Babbel account at babbel.com on a desktop or laptop
- Click on the Profile icon
in the top right corner and select Profile and settings
- In the left-hand menu, select Email & Notifications
- Update your preferences as needed
- Click Save settings
If you’d prefer to stop receiving all Babbel emails at once, just scroll to the bottom of the page and click Unsubscribe from all.
Learning reminders
Learning reminders are push notifications only and are linked to your device, not your Babbel account. For this reason, they appear greyed out in the Email & Notifications settings and can’t be managed from this page.

Manage preferences from an email
At the bottom of every Babbel email you receive, you’ll find a link to manage your email preferences. Clicking it will take you directly to your Email & Notifications settings, where you can update your choices or unsubscribe.
