Problems within a lesson
Our lessons are handcrafted and we continuously revise them to ensure the best learning experience and high quality level, however, it is possible that there is something that we may have missed. If you would like to report an issue related to a specific lesson, please include:
- The lesson name
- The particular section you’re having trouble with
- The device you’re using
- A detailed description of the issue
This information will help us address your concerns more quickly and effectively.
Feature requests
At Babbel, we are constantly striving to improve our product, and we would love to hear your thoughts on what new features you would like to see in our app. When submitting a feature request, please provide as much detail as possible, including:
- A clear description of your suggestion
- Why it would be valuable to you

After each Babbel Live class, you'll receive an email inviting you to share your feedback. You can also provide feedback directly on your Babbel Live homepage via the banner at the top. Make sure to include relevant details such as:
- Your teacher’s name
- The language you are learning
- The date, time, and title of your class
