If the app isn't letting you take lessons or is showing an error message, please uninstall and re-install the app on your device.
For Apple iOS devices, only our multi-language app is now available. Current users of single-language apps can simply update to the multi-language app in the App Store or at www.babbel.com/mobile
If you are having issues on the website, please make sure that you are using a supported browser and browser version- please click here see our FAQ article about system requirements: What do I need to be able to use Babbel? (System requirements)
Lastly, please also check your learning language settings:
- (On the website) click on the flag in the top-right corner > choose your learning language from the list.
- (On the app) tap on Profile > Settings gear wheel (in newest version of the app) > My languages > I want to learn, then change the language.
