There are several different ways that you can get in touch with Babbel’s Customer Service team. Feel free to contact us with any of the following options, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
It’s easy to send us a message if you are logged in on your desktop. Simply click Contact in the upper right-hand corner of any Babbel lesson. From there, a chat window will open and you can message us directly.
If you’re not in a lesson, you can reach our help chat by clicking Help in the lower right corner of your screen. This button is available on your dashboard, in the Help Center, and on most pages of Babbel’s desktop product.
You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your question.
Note: If you already have a Babbel account, send an email from the email address you used to register with us or specify which email address you used. This makes it faster for us to find your account and answer your question.

- Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar
- Tap on the settings icon in the upper right-hand corner
- Select Help
- Tap Contact us in the upper right-hand corner
- Type your message and attach any screenshots (if necessary)
- Hit Send in the upper right-hand corner
