If there's a delay between you having paid and getting access to the courses, or if you're being asked to pay again, please make sure you're logged in with the email address you used to register with Babbel.
If you are logged in with the correct address, just log out then log back in again. It sounds simple but should fix the problem. Please also check that your learning language is correct, by clicking on the flag on the top-right corner of the website, or by tapping on Profile > Settings gear wheel > My Languages in the app.
Note: If you are accessing Babbel on a smartphone or tablet, you will need to download the Babbel app. It is not possible to access the Babbel lessons via the internet browser on a smartphone/ tablet.
