For each transaction with Babbel, you will receive an invoice in your account to keep you informed about your payments and subscriptions. These files are always available and easy to access.
Where can I find my invoices?
You can easily find your invoices by navigating to Profile and Settings on babbel.com and then selecting Account Information. There you can find an overview of your payment history, view and download your invoices and see your subscription details.
If you bought Babbel as a Gift, the invoice will be sent to the email address you added during the transaction.
If you ordered a Babbel subscription via an app store you can find your invoices in your Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Can I change the information on my invoices?
Once an invoice has been generated, it cannot be changed. The information on the invoice, such as your first and last name, is taken directly from the information provided in your user account at the time of purchase. Therefore, it is important to ensure that your account information is accurate and up to date.
You can update your account information at any time and it will be reflected on your next invoice.
How can I get a business invoice?
Sales made through babbel.com and babbel.gifts are intended for private individuals and as such VAT invoices are not mandatory. Our invoices do not contain detailed customer information, as this is not necessary for the completion of the contract.
