Gift voucher not received
When you purchase a gift voucher from Babbel, you should receive two emails:
- Order Confirmation: This email contains your order number, which begins with either G-2018 or G-2023
- Gift Voucher Code: Shortly after your order confirmation, you will receive a second email with your gift voucher code attached as a PDF document
If you haven’t received your voucher code, please allow at least 30 minutes for the emails to arrive. Additionally, it’s a good idea to check your spam or junk email folder, as sometimes important messages can end up there.
Case-sensitive
Please remember that Babbel voucher codes are case-sensitive. This means that if your code includes capital letters, you must enter them exactly as they appear. If you are copying and pasting the code, double check for any accidental spaces at the beginning or end, as these can render your code invalid.
Expiration date
