Babbel offers different subscription options to suit your learning needs. You can extend your subscription at any time, change it to access all languages, or take advantage of the Babbel Lifetime offer.
Depending on the subscription you have, if you change your plan, we will either add the time or deduct the difference. You will always see the price and duration of your new subscription on the checkout page before confirming the purchase.
Changing to a different subscription duration
If you want to change your subscription to a different duration, such as from a monthly to an annual plan, your current subscription will be automatically canceled, unless purchased from Apple or Google Play, and the remaining time you have already paid for will be added to the first payment period of your new subscription.
Changing to the all language subscription
When you upgrade from a single-language plan to an all-language subscription and purchase your new subscription on babbel.com, your original subscription will be canceled unless purchased from Apple or Google Play, and your remaining paid time will be added to your new subscription.
Changing to Babbel Lifetime
If you want to change your subscription to the Babbel Lifetime subscription, your current subscription will be automatically canceled unless purchased from Apple or Google Play.
If your original subscription was bought via the Apple App Store, you always need to cancel it before changing your subscription to avoid any further charges. You can always double-check your current subscription in your Account Information.
