When you access Babbel Live for the first time on the app or website, you will automatically receive 2 free group class credits, which can be used to book a class of your choice for Spanish, German, Italian or French.
If you have an existing Babbel subscription on your account, you can book your first free class right away.
If you do not have an existing subscription, you will be asked to enter a valid payment method when booking your first free class as part of our verification process. This can be completed when logged in to your account on Babbel.com via a web browser.
Once your payment details are submitted, we will then verify your payment method. During this process you may see a charge of $0 (or equivalent in your local currency) appear on your payment method statement.
When it comes to booking a free class, the missed class and late cancellation fees outlined in our class cancellation policy will not apply. However, if you miss your scheduled free class or cancel it with less than 24 hours notice, you will lose your free credit.
