How do I cancel a Babbel Live class?

You can cancel a previously booked class by following these steps:

On Web

  1. Go to the Live tab on Babbel.com (log in, if needed)
  2. In the Scheduled section tap the See all option to find your booking
  3. Select Cancel Class

In the Babbel app

  1. Select the Live tab from the main menu
  2. In the Scheduled section tap the See all option
  3. Find your booking and tap the Cancel class button

If you’ve added a reminder to your Google, Outlook, iCal, Yahoo or Office 365 calendar, remember to delete it to avoid any confusion, as it won’t be deleted automatically.
