Sometimes life happens and you can’t make it to class. We get it! This policy helps us maintain strong relationships with our teachers, so we appreciate you letting us know in advance when you’re able to. For us, filling class seats is important for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you attend.
If you can’t attend a class you’ve booked, please follow the steps to let us know at least 24 hours before the class start time so that another student can book your spot. If you do this less than 24 hours before the class start time or miss the class without cancelling, we reserve the right to charge a monetary fee.
- Cancellation: Class reservations can be modified up to 24 hours prior to start time with no charge.
- Late Cancellation: If there are less than 24 hours before the class start time, we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee of up to 3 Euros, or the local equivalent.
- Missed Class: If you miss a reserved class without letting us know, we reserve the right to charge a missed class fee of up to 5 Euros, or the local equivalent.
From time to time we may review or update these fees, and if we do this will be indicated to you before you make a class booking.
