You can easily book and manage your classes with Babbel Live to efficiently organise your study plan, get the most out of your language learning journey, and easily fit classes into your schedule.
How do I book a class?
Babbel Live classes can be booked easily from both the desktop and our app. Simply open the Live tab and you will see the available classes. Find the one you want to attend, and click on Book now.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the class and the option to add it to your calendar.
If you have a private class subscription, you can toggle between the private and group class views at the top of the list.
Our monthly schedule is published around the 15th of each month, and where possible we will add new slots as needed throughout the month. We therefore highly recommend booking your classes in advance.
How many classes can I book?
To ensure fair availability for all students, you can book up to 12 private lessons and up to 100 group lessons at once. If you try to book when you've reached the maximum, it won't be possible and you'll get an error.
Once you have booked all of your available classes, you must complete a class or cancel a booked class before you can book another one.
How can I find a class?
To find the right class for you, you can filter the class list by level, day of the week, time of day and, for group classes, teachers you have already met.
You can also use our Learning Plan to complete your classes in order. To find it, click on Learning plan and choose your level. Here, you'll see all the classes in order. Click on the one you want to attend, and you'll see details of the class and available times for booking.
If you have a favourite teacher, you can also simply click on their name or profile picture in the list to see their upcoming availability and book your class from there.
Where can I find my booked classes?
In the Live tab, click on the Scheduled section to see your upcoming and past classes. If you do not see a Scheduled section, it is because you have not yet booked your first class.
We also send an email confirmation for every booked class, and a reminder 1 hour before the class starts.
