Here are some general instructions on how to use the Zoom platform.
For your first class, we recommend you log in and join the class a bit early, so you can check that everything works.
While taking a class, do keep the microphone and video turned on, so your teacher will be able to understand and guide you better.
If you are attending a French class, please note that we are currently trialling a new conferencing tool called Whereby. Instead of using Zoom, the class will open directly within the Babbel app or website after you click the join class button.
