Find a time of day that works for you
Everyone learns better at different times of the day. Choose a time when you won’t be distracted and can focus on learning. Also, think about your daily rituals and how you can make learning a part of those rituals. For example, if you are a morning person, doing a lesson while you drink your coffee or tea is a great way to start the day. Your commute is also a good time to take a lesson: Instead of spending time on social media, take a few moments to review your vocabulary. More of a night owl? Many learners prefer to make learning part of their daily “me time” at the end of the day.
