If Babbel isn't working on your device, there are a few things you can do to fix the issue.
Desktop
If you are using Babbel on your desktop or laptop, make sure you are using one of our supported browsers.

iOS
If you can’t access your lessons or you see an error message, simply uninstall and reinstall the app. To install the latest version of the Babbel app, visit www.babbel.com/mobile and tap the Download on the App Store button.
For Apple iOS devices, only our multi-language app is still supported. Current users of single-language apps should update to the multi-language app in the Apple App Store or at www.babbel.com/mobile.

Android
If you can’t access your lessons or you see an error message, simply uninstall and reinstall the app. To install the latest version of the Babbel app, visit www.babbel.com/mobile and tap the Get It On Google Play button.
