How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it at our Login page on Web. If you’re already logged in but want to update your email address or password, you can do so on Babbel’s website under Manage Access.

Here’s how to reset your password:

Web

1. Clear your browser's cookies here, then click here
2. Enter your email address
3. Click on Reset password

We will then send you a link to your email so you can set a new password.

Babbel app

1. Open the Babbel app 
2. Tap on Log In at the bottom of the page
3. Tap the option Email address
4. Fill in your email address and tap Continue
5. Select Forgot your password?
6. Enter your email address and select Reset password
